Each session offers a closer look at the sectors that move our community forward—from local government & education to health care, business, tourism, the arts, & community services. You'll tour local businesses, factories, civic buildings, schools, venues, farms, non-profits, & more to get a hands on sense of all that Boyle County has to offer. Making connections and building relationships in each visit.
Leadership Development
Hands-on workshops, team collaboration, & personal assessments help participants grow as confident, effective leaders.
Class Project
Participants work together on a meaningful project that gives back to Boyle County & leaves a lasting impact.
Developing Informed Community Leaders
More than a leadership program, Leadership Boyle County serves as an immersive experience rooted in civic engagement and community connection.
